LETTING LOCATION: TPK HDQ POSTING DATES: 07/28/2026 and 08/11/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 250 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose and replace the roofing systems of various buildings in the South Region. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) and/or sub-contractor shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as a Roofing Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
