Woodland Blvd. POSTING DATES: 10/20/2026 and 10/27/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: N/A FDOT District 5 Proposal ID: Contract E55E0 Financial Project No.: 444001-1-72-17 Fiscal Year: 2027 Counties: Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Volusia Counties Contract Calendar Days: 365 Days This is a Maintenance Work Document Driven Contract with a budget estimate of $400,000.00. The Contract will be awarded at the budget estimate amount. This Contract includes an option for two (2) renewals of up to twelve (12) months each. INTENT: The Work under this Contract consists of drainage structure repair, stormwater pipe repair, and stormwater pipelining on various Department-maintained roadways in Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Volusia Counties. Work will be assigned via Work Documents on an as-needed basis. EXPERIENCE: Drainage Repair: For this Contract the Contractor is required to have at least three (3) years of experience in the performance of drainage repair, or the Project Superintendent must have at least three (3) years of like experience as a Superintendent. A Contractor that presently has a certificate of prequalification with the Department in "Drainage" will suffice to meet the above requirements. NOTE: The quantities shown on the Bid Price Proposal are approximate and only represent estimated planned requirements based on historical or specific project needs. The Department does not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantity, any range of quantities, or the exact quantities shown for each bid item. The Departments estimated quantities and the Contractors bid price will be used to calculate a total bid amount. This total bid amount will then be used to determine the low bidder; however, actual payment under the awarded contract will be based on actual quantities completed. For this Contract in which specific sites are not identified at the time of letting, the Engineer will issue a Work Document. Work Documents will identify the location, description, amount of work to be accomplished, and the number of calendar days to complete the work.
