The South Carolina Department of Transportation is soliciting electronic bid proposals for crack seal preservation work covering 170.35 miles across Jasper, Dorchester, Beaufort, Colleton, Berkeley, and Charleston counties. The project must be completed by April 30, 2027, with all bids submitted via Bid Express by October 13, 2026.
