Solicitation # 7571TE26Q00254
The Department of Health and Human Services, through the Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions on behalf of the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Genedata (USA), Inc. for a 12-month renewal of the Genedata Analyst bioinformatics software. Genedata Analyst provides critical capabilities for the statistical modeling of multi-omics data, including linear and nonlinear normalization methods such as LOWESS and Quantile Normalization. The software supports advanced analytical functions including parametric and non-parametric testing, mixed linear models, Principal Components Analysis, and machine learning tools like Decision Trees and Partial Least Square analysis. Additionally, it offers interactive visualization tools such as heat maps, scatter plots, and tree maps to support the identification of biomarkers and biological network characterization. The government is seeking capability statements from interested parties by September 14, 2026, to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
