Caltrans Real Property Sale: Residential Property Appraisers

The City of Pasadena Housing Department is seeking a qualified residential property appraiser or firm under solicitation 2026-RFP-0509 to provide valuation services for approximately six vacant single-family or duplex properties. These properties are being acquired from Caltrans pursuant to California Senate Bill 959 and will subsequently be sold as-is to market buyers, with the resulting proceeds dedicated to the acquisition or development of affordable housing within the city.
