Town of Alton Request For ProposalThe Town of Alton seeks proposals for the performance of a Cyclical Property Inspection cycle for thecurrent revaluation period: April 1, 2027 – March 31, 2031. The proposal should include the price peryear as well as the price per parcel. The Town anticipates viewing approximately 900 improved parcelsper year. Vacant properties will be reviewed in-house. The Town of Alton consists of 6017 parcels made up of the following:1. 3,008 Residential2. 961 Residential with Water Access3. 1,528 Residential Water Front4. 176 Commercial/Industrial5. 99 Exempt (State, Municipal, PILOT)6. 238 Current Use (Vacant)7. 7 Utility (Electric & Telecom)8. 4,457 Improved / 1,557 Vacant (total) The Town of Alton plans to update values annually while performing a full statistical update every fifthyear.
