Project Overview: CBJ has identified three city-owned properties for disposal and require appraisals estimating full market value for each parcel. The Mt. Jumbo Building located at 4th and D Street in Douglas is the former Douglas School built in 1937 (Parcel 2D040T300010, DOUGLAS TOWNSITE BL 30). It is a multi-use building with 2 stories of school/office space (9,000 gross sf), a partially finished basement (4,680 gross sf) suitable for workshops and storage, and an attached gym building (5,100 gross sf). 16650 Pt.
