San Diego State University (University), Logistical Services, a Division of Business and Financial Affairs, is requesting proposals from firms qualified to provide full-service campus relocation services. This will include service calls twice per year at our Imperial Valley Campus.
The proposals will be evaluated by a committee selected by the University and award(s) will be made in the best interest of the University. The University intends to award contracts to a Primary and a Back-up Contractor whose proposals are determined to offer the best value to the University. For informational purposes, and not as an indication of commitment, the University estimates approximately 30% of the annual moving jobs will be directed to the Back-up Contractor. Each contract term is anticipated to be for an initial (base) period of three (3) years with two (2) two year options to extend.
