The City of Natchez (LPA) intends to employ a consulting engineering firm to provide engineering services utilizing a Cost plus Fixed Fee, Labor Hour/Unit Price or Lump Sum/Firm Fixed Price contract for the replacement of the Canal Street Bridge, with the project termini from Simmons Street to Green Street,  Project No. STP-6096-00(003)LPA / 110214-801000, Adams County, Mississippi.  These services include environmental studies, conceptual plans, profile grades, plan-profile sheets, field survey, permanent signing plans and details, utility coordination, bridge layouts, railroad coordination, roadway right of way plans, right of way maps and deeds, structural design of bridges and appurtenances, geotechnical investigations, (bridge and retaining walls), final bridge and roadway construction plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) and other roadway or bridge related services.
