The United States Agency for International Development in Afghanistan (USAID/Afghanistan) hereby cancels the J&A posted on December 4, 2016 in its entirety that led to modification # 5 under Contract #AID-306-C-15-00002 with Host Nation Perspectives SWA LLC (HNPSWA). The purpose of modification #05 was to extend the period of performance by 18 months and increase the contract price by $2,380,800 for the continued provision of Logistical Support Service to USAID Afghanistan under the Federal Excess Personal Property (FEPP) Project. With this cancellation of the J&A, the FEPP Contract #AID-306-C-15-00002 has been modified to end on January 4, 2017 and the contract price has been reduced to $3,174,398.02.
