The purpose of this notice is to cancel Solicitation Number AGL-R2439, otherwise known as the EMI Relocation Project. Due to Deficiencies in the original solicitation, major changes to requirements and the new environmental requirements that came into effect after the solicitation was issued, it is in the Public's best interest to cancel this solictiation in its entirety. The interest shown on the part of all offerors in supporting the FAA mission is greatly appreciated. We are currently in the process of evaluating program requirements and no decision has been made on the size and scope of any new solicitation for the EMI field office. If and when a new solictation is issued, you are encouraged to submit a new bid.
