Canned Goods - FY26 Q4

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, under the Department of Justice and based at FCC Beaumont in Beaumont, Texas, is soliciting canned goods for delivery during the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2026, with a firm fixed price contract structure and a total small business set-aside as defined by FAR 19.5. The acquisition includes a wide range of canned food items—such as kidney beans, garbanzo beans, great northern beans, black beans, tomato catsup, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, crushed peeled tomatoes, green beans, beets, carrots, mixed vegetables, sweet peas, spinach, and applesauce—each subject to precise federal specifications outlined in CID, 21 CFR, and Title 7 CFR standards. All items must be packed in cases of six #10 cans and sourced from crops grown, processed, and packed entirely within the United States or Canada, ensuring compliance with grading and nutritional standards.
