This is a Pre-Solicitation notice IAW RFO 5.101, not a solicitation. A potential solicitation may follow. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. 


The Government requires approximately thirty (30) rental vehicles to support mission requirements. The fleet shall consist of a mix of Sedans, Passenger Vans, and Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs). All vehicles must include unlimited mileage. Currently we don't have an official amount of vehicles needed, we know 30 rental will be needed. Please provide the unit price of the Sedans, Passanger Vans, and SUV's. 


Vehicles must be in good, safe operating condition, free of excessive soil, rust, and damage, and must be a 2019-year model or newer. All vehicles shall meet national and state safety requirements and include, at a minimum, the following safety features: seat belts, rear-view mirrors, windshield wipers, parking brake, horn, and a factory-standard emergency repair kit. All vehicles shall have current registration for operation in the state of Alaska.
