The South Dakota State Fair is seeking proposals for an experienced and qualified carnival operator in which safety is the top priority; maintenance and upkeep of rides is evident; personnel are clean and well dressed; and the most current popular rides and games are provided for the 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029 South Dakota State Fairs.2025 dates are August 27-September 1. Corresponding dates in future years (always ends on Labor Day).Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities.
