Cartier Regional Water Co-op-St. Eustache Water Supply Pipeline

The Manitoba Water Services Board is soliciting bids for project MWSB 1819, which involves the construction of approximately 4,450 metres of 250mm diameter HDPE water supply pipeline. The project will connect the Cartier Regional Water Treatment Plant near St. Eustache to the community's existing water distribution system using trenchless methods. Key infrastructure requirements include a provincial waterway crossing and an encased provincial road crossing. Construction is scheduled to be staged in fall 2026 and spring 2027, coordinated with separate water treatment plant upgrades.
