The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is soliciting proposals under RFP-DA-IT01 for a modern, fully integrated, cloud-based Case Management System (CMS) to replace multiple aging legacy applications. The selected solution will serve as the enterprise platform for the entire prosecutorial lifecycle, including investigation, intake, filing, trial, sentencing, and post-conviction processes. The system must integrate with external justice partners, such as the Los Angeles County Superior Courts, and other critical systems like Odyssey, Evidence.com, and M365. The project is structured into five phases: Discovery and Planning, Development and Data Conversion, Implementation and Deployment, Post-Implementation Support, and Ongoing Support and Operations. The contract is anticipated to last for five years following final acceptance, with the County holding options for five additional one-year extensions and six month-to-month extensions, for a maximum potential term of ten years and six months. Award selection is based on a cumulative score from a two-phase evaluation focusing on functional and technical demonstrations, as well as the lowest evaluated total cost of ownership. Key requirements include strict adherence to CJIS, HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI DSS security standards, as well as ADA Section 508 compliance. The contractor must provide annual performance security and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control Plan. Payment is primarily handled via Electronic Funds Transfer, with a ten percent holdback retained for each deliverable until final acceptance.

The Los Angeles County (County) District Attorney's Office (LADA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to provide a modern, fully integrated, cloud-based Case Management System (CMS) Solution. LADA is not seeking a locally hosted, County data center, or on-premises server deployment. The new CMS will replace multiple aging legacy applications and will serve as LADA's enterprise platform to manage the entire lifecycle of a criminal case—from investigation, intake and filing through trial, sentencing, post-disposition, and post-conviction. This RFP is issued by LADA with the purpose of selecting a vendor capable of delivering a CMS that supports the full prosecutorial lifecycle and seamlessly integrates with partner justice agencies, courts, and other County systems. Interested and qualified Proposers that meet the minimum mandatory requirements (refer to Section 4.0 (Minimum Mandatory Requirements) of the RFP) and that can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide a CMS solution are invited to submit Proposal(s).

Transit Account and Passenger System (TAPS)
Solicitation # 270200
The City of Tucson, through the Transportation and Mobility agency, has issued a sources-sought Request for Information (RFI) under solicitation number 270200 for a Transit Account and Passenger System (TAPS). This initiative seeks to establish an enterprise customer account platform rather than a simple card database to support fixed-route bus and streetcar services. The scope encompasses the planning, design, implementation, and operation of a system for rider registration, customer account management, credentialing, utilization tracking, and reporting. A primary objective is to ensure the platform is accessible, multilingual, and usable for riders regardless of smartphone ownership, while maintaining secure interfaces and open documentation to prevent vendor lock-in. The agency is utilizing this RFI to gather market research on available solution models, implementation timelines, and cost drivers to inform a future procurement strategy. Key areas of interest include cybersecurity frameworks, identity assurance, and the potential for future account-based fare collection. While this is not a formal request for proposals or a binding contract, the agency is requesting non-binding, order-of-magnitude pricing for various components, including one-time implementation, software subscriptions, cloud hosting, field hardware, and professional services. Responses are due by November 30, 2026, and should be submitted as electronic PDFs following the suggested response format.
