Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive purchase to Accessible Solutions, LLC, in the amount of $229,386.80, for a two (2) year renewal term of ServTracker licenses and enhancements currently in use by the Aging Services Department. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(10) of the County’s Procurement Policy and is a sole source because the customized ServTracker licenses are being renewed to allow Aging Services Department continued usage of their web-based client care management system with real-time and historical reporting required by grant funding agencies. Accessible Solutions, LLC is the owner and sole source provider of ServTracker case management software and all ServTracker case management software are developed and maintained by Accessible Solutions, LLC. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly. Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and/or services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached order form and statement of work must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project. After this date, an award will be made.
