Description of the Requirement Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) seeks to establish a contract under the ProServices Supply Arrangement, under Category 13.6 to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Mediation related training, and Refresher training for the Office of the Procurement Ombud (OPO). Part of OPO’s legislative mandate is to ensure that an ADR process is provided, if requested and agreed to by the parties to a federal contract. In delivering on its mandate, OPO is committed to ensuring that staff required to conduct ADR/ mediation sessions are trained to provide a high level of service.
