Description (Category 5: Articulating Dual Monitor Arms)
The procurement is pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C.
The required products: Category 5: CST - Ancillary and Lighting Products
Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)
1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C and covers a requirement from the following Product Category of the SA:
• Category 5: CST - Ancillary and Lighting Products
2. The Canadian Grain Commission has a requirement for the purchase, on-site delivery and installation of 200 fully articulating dual monitor arms to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada by December 21, 2023 (***or the best available date). The Installer is also requested to remove the existing dual monitor arms that are being replaced, and to include this cost in the “Installation” line on the bid.
An Option to purchase up to 200 additional units (with multiple deliveries, up to 24 months from the initial delivery) within the region of Canada is requested on an “as and when required” basis, inclusive of delivery and installation (to be determined).
3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the PSIB Stream of Suppliers (SA holders).
4. This procurement is set aside under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
