Deliveries must be made FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed, with a desired delivery window of ten calendar days following a properly executed order. Vendors must comply with strict safety and hazard communication standards, including providing warning labels and Safety Data Sheets that adhere to OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard. Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Operations The City of Granbury currently operates two wastewater treatment plants: the South Wastewater Treatment Plant and the East Wastewater Treatment Plant. The South Wastewater Treatment Plant is located at 1800 Waters Edge Dr., Granbury, Texas 76048. The East Wastewater Treatment Plant is located at 3121 Old Granbury Road, Granbury, Texas, and began operations in the summer of 2026. The City's Wastewater Treatment Department is responsible for receiving and treating wastewater generated within the community. Wastewater treated by the City may include flows from residential, industrial, and commercial activities, as well as surface water runoff and groundwater that may enter the wastewater collection system through infiltration. The City's wastewater treatment process utilizes an activated sludge process, an aerobic biological treatment process in which microorganisms consume and break down organic and other oxidizable materials present in the wastewater. A portion of these microorganisms is recycled back into the treatment process to improve treatment efficiency and maintain appropriate biological activity and reaction rates. City laboratory personnel collect and analyze wastewater samples on a daily basis to monitor treatment performance, evaluate process conditions, and verify compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements. A reliable and consistent supply of polymer is essential to the continued operation of both the South and East Wastewater Treatment Plants. Maintaining an adequate supply of quality polymer is necessary to support effective treatment processes, maintain operational efficiency, and assist the City in meeting applicable wastewater treatment and regulatory requirements.
