CBH Warehouse and CUP Modification (Z20-102) & WeDrop (P19-065)

A request for 1) a Site Plan and Design Review to construct an 8,800 square-foot warehouse facility and site improvements and 2) a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Minor Modification to allow volatile cannabis manufacturing within the existing building located on an approximately 1 .4-acre parcel within the Light Industrial (M-1-EA-3) zone and Executive Airport Overlay. On May 28, 2020, the Planning and Design Commission approved requests for 1) a CUP to establish a 12,512 square-foot cannabis production (manufacturing and distribution) facility within a portion of an existing 22,356 square-foot building, 2) a CUP to establish a 3,081 square-foot non-storefront cannabis dispensary within a portion of an existing 22,356 square-foot building, and 3) Site Plan and Design Review for minor site and exterior improvements for the We Drop Cannabis Production and Delivery (P19-065) project.
