MODIFIES: Description Items: (7) Set-aside Status. Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period is from 17 July 2017 - 11 August 2017. All solicitation documents are posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 8 as of 17 July 2017. The due date is shown in the solicitation. (10a) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled as follows: Thursday, 27 July 2017 at 1000 MT 101 Highway 103 Idaho Springs, CO 80452. Clear Creek County (14) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period plus four option years (365 days). Base period is anticipated for Award (on or about 18 August 2017) through 30 September 2017. Contract performance for the option years will run from 1 October to 30 September, subject to availability to of funds. (15) Contract Award Date. On or about 18 August 2017 This is a combined pre-proposal conference and site visit to the field. The pre-bid conference and site visit are not mandatory. (18.i) Cutoff for Questions and Answers. The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Wednesday, 9 August 2017 NLT 1300 MT. Questions must be submitted via email to klenisewallace@fs.fed.us and kmighell@fs.fed.us.
