The California National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to qualified contractors to provide and install a comprehensive physical security solution for a new commercial facility in the San Diego area.


This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.


Quoters shall provide pricing and technical quotes covering the following two distinct project components:


  1. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) (Full Lifecycle Services): The contractor shall furnish all equipment, installation, and configuration. Following installation, the contractor shall provide continuous 24/7 remote monitoring, monthly inspections, emergency repairs, and required reporting.

  2. Camera Surveillance & Keyless Entry Systems (Turnkey Procurement): The contractor shall furnish and install all required Trade Agreements Act (TAA)-compliant equipment, complete all system configurations, and provide a standard warranty. The Government will assume full administrative control and management of these two systems immediately upon successful installation. No ongoing monthly monitoring or maintenance is required for these systems.
