Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR Systems Center) Charleston intends to issue a sole source modification to contract N64236-99-D-6808 with AMSEC LLC, Virginia Beach VA for engineering support services. The proposed ceiling increase of approximately $4.1 million will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and will provide sufficient contract ceiling for award of a competitive, follow-on contract.
