Cellular Senescence Network (SenNet): SenNet Data Coordination and Integration Center (SenNet DCIC) (UM1 Clinical Trials Not Allowed)

The contract aims to establish and support the SenNet Data Coordination and Integration Center (SenNet DCIC), which is a key element of Stage 2 within the NIH Common Fund Cellular Senescence Network (SenNet). The center’s primary responsibilities include ensuring the prompt and high-quality collection, harmonization, integration, and wide dissemination of data and resources generated by SenNet. This will be achieved by developing and applying consortium-wide policies, standards, and workflows governing data formats, metadata, quality control, and data release practices to maintain consistency and reliability across studies. Additionally, the SenNet DCIC will manage and improve SenNet’s data infrastructure, including its data portal and associated tools, to facilitate data discovery, access, analysis, visualization, and reuse. It will also integrate outputs from both Stage 1 and Stage 2 efforts to support comprehensive atlasing and enable cross-study comparisons. Proposals responding to this opportunity are expected to include plans for executing consortium-wide organizational and outreach activities as part of the SenNet Outreach and Operations Center functions. The contract is issued by the National Institutes of Health under the Department of Health and Human Services, with communications handled through the Common Fund Cellular Senescence Program.
