The requirement includes annual preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, remote diagnostics, telephone technical support, onsite repair services, software support, and replacement parts necessary to maintain the system in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The services are required to ensure continued operational readiness, reliability, and uninterrupted laboratory diagnostic testing capabilities in support of patient care operations.
