The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove and dispose of specified existing utility poles, install new poles and associated hardware in compliance with applicable California safety and utility standards, and complete all work subject to defined operational constraints, approvals, and inspection acceptance requirements. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov and shall include the Contracting Manager listed in this IFB as a copied recipient.
