A non-mandatory pre-bid teleconference for prospective Bidders will be held on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., CST. The purpose of the teleconference will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility, while participating on the teleconference to ask any questions necessary to submit a bid that is complete and responsive. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this teleconference. If you plan to participate in the pre-bid teleconference, call in information can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
