A Draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this notice for planning and market research purposes only. Do not submit formal quotes at this time.


1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION


The 183d Wing (183WG) at the Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, Air National Guard Base, Springfield, IL, has a requirement for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to upgrade the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system in Building 8.


The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to remove the existing 10 kW UPS system and install a new scalable 20 kW UPS system.
