This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified Small Business, HUB Zone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran owned, and Women owned Small Business firms. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used by the government in making appropriate acquisition decisions.  The Mobile District Corps of Engineers has a need for a one MATOC pool that will contain a full range of vertical construction, renovation, repair, and some incidental design task orders for general construction primarily supporting the work to be performed at twelve (12) locations and associated facilities as follows:
