This station has a phasing plan. Remodel of CFD Stations 342 and 346. Stations 342 & 346 – Convert 2 nd floor open area bunk space into individual bunk rooms, update finishes in existing Men's & Women's bathroom/locker room area, add new Unisex Bathroom with shower, Laundry Room, Mothers Room, reconfigure existing laundry area on the 1 st floor for future Decon Room, and update all MEP and Locution systems to accommodate renovations. Both of these stations are identical images of each other so all documents will be the same (except address).

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the Government based on price and price-related factors.
