CFIUS

The contractor will deliver professional and technical support to advance policy development and decision-making for key government programs including CFIUS, Team Telecom, FLETF, UFLPA, and SCRC under the Office of Trade and Economic Security within DHS. This includes operational coordination to gather and disseminate critical information across DHS and interagency partners regarding national security threats and vulnerabilities tied to foreign transactions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. The contractor must provide analytical expertise to transform complex threat, vulnerability, and consequence data into actionable, risk-based recommendations for senior leadership, as well as develop and refine mitigation agreements with transaction parties to effectively reduce identified risks. In addition, the contractor is responsible for monitoring compliance with mitigation terms to ensure counterparty adherence and deliverables are met. They will support the development of trade and economic security policies, manage operational activities for FLETF and UFLPA initiatives, and apply data-driven methodologies to enhance mission performance across the full spectrum of DHS trade security functions. The role requires a high level of precision, collaboration, and adaptability to address evolving national security priorities, with all work performed at the DHS headquarters in Washington, District of Columbia.
