a. Operational coordination support to elicit information across DHS, relevant to identifying threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences arising from matters before CFIUS and Team Telecom and to ensure effective and professional communication both within DHS and the interagency; b. Risk analysis expertise to synthesize threat, vulnerability, and consequence information into analytically rigorous risk-based recommendations to DHS leadership; c. Risk mitigation expertise to assist in drafting agreements with transaction parties that effectively and efficiently buy down identified risk; d. Compliance monitoring expertise to ensure verifiable counterparty adherence to mitigation agreement deliverables. e. Policy development support in the area of trade and economic security; f. Operational coordination and project management support for FLETF and UFLPA activities; g. Data-driven process improvement expertise to improve overall mission performance across the entire spectrum of the DHS trade and economic security mission space; and h. Performing attendant duties and services related to the above items as required in order to accomplish the overall mission of the Office of Trade and Economic Security as directed by DHS leadership.
