Contractor shall provide professional services and support products for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Homeland Security Statistics (OHSS) to provide high-quality statistical information that is relevant, timely, cost-effective, and customer oriented. In alignment with this mission, OHSS has five core strategic goals. The scope of this work includes designing the automation production line, meeting facilitation, decision and tasking follow-ups for the post-meeting conclusion, documentation of standard operating procedures, and evaluation. This will require leveraging improved or a new IT solution for assignment and tracking of tasks.
