The Ward Two Water District of Livingston Parish will receive separate sealed Bids for the Chandler Bluff Waterline Project, Contract No. 26-1475-10.  The work consists of installing approximately 2400 ft of 6” and 8” waterline along Chandler Bluff Road in Denham Springs, LA, transferring services to the new waterline, and abandoning the existing waterline in place.   The Ward Two Water District will receive electronic or sealed Bids until 2:00 PM local time, October 01,  2026, at Ward Two Water District Office, 30772 Carter Street, Denham Springs, LA 70727.  Bids may also be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com. For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Beginning as soon as feasible after the bid closing time all electronic bids will be downloaded and publicly read aloud along with all paper bids received.  The outside of the Bid envelope shall be marked with the project title, name and address of the Bidder and current Contractor’s license number.   Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations:               Ward Two Water District Office, 30772 Carter Street, Denham Springs, LA 70727 Owen and White, Inc., 8755 Goodwood Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70806   Complete Bid Documents, including addenda, for this project are available in electronic form and may be obtained from Central Auction House (i.e. Central Bidding) at CentralAuctionHouse.com.  Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms.  Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.    NOTE:  A General Contractor intending to bid on this project must be registered as a “prime bidder” at the issuing office, Central Auction House. Those not registered as a Prime Bidder at the issuing office will not have their bids accepted at the time of bid opening.
