Chandra Commons Apartments

The Chandra Commons Apartments project, identified by control number PLNP2025-00008, is a Zoning Ordinance Amendment request for a 3.54-acre vacant property located at the southwest corner of Dry Creek Road and E Street in the Rio Linda/Elverta Community of Sacramento County. The primary objective of this request is to remove two specific conditions of approval from SZC-2007-0015. The first condition to be eliminated is the requirement that the landowner develop for-sale products, such as condominiums, townhouses, or detached single-family residences.
