This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a business must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. The Contractor must provide a Level 3 Change Management Consultant (Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Stream 5: P.1) to deliver a strategically robust change management team design that enables DGHCMM-M to achieve its MPMS digital transformation objectives. The Level 3 Change Management Consultant will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and expert advice to shape the team’s structure, capabilities, and operating model. This includes delivering best practices and hands-on support to design and implement a comprehensive change management framework that enables successful adoption of transformation initiatives under the MPMS digital modernization mandate.
