Synopsis:

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Chargepoint Cloud Services (POP: Feb 2026- Feb 2027).

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to APOLLO SUNGUARD SYSTEMS INC dba APOLLO SUNGUARD 4487 Ashton RD Sarasota, Florida 34233-2284, United States under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that APOLLO SUNGUARD SYSTEMS INC dba APOLLO SUNGUARD is the sole provider of Chargepoint Cloud Services (POP: Feb 2026- Feb 2027)

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Headquarters (HQ).

The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial
