THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF SOLICITATION TO BE POSTED APPROXIMATELY 20 MAY 2017. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325510 Paint and Coating Manufacturing. This procurement action is to the procurement of Chemical Fireproofing IAW MIL-PRF-81904. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL ONLY CONSIDER PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FROM THE QPL-81904 APPROVED VENDORS, CHEMICAL FIREPROOFING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION MIL-PRF-81904. These Approved Vendors are: International Paint LLC Intumescents Associates Group (IAG), Inc. MUST MEET OR EXCEED MIL-PRF-81904C / QPL-91904 (AS), GHOST GRAY, IAW FED STD 595, NO. 36375. MATERIAL MUST INCLUDE THIXOTROPE. MUST BE SHIPPED IN 55 GALLON DRUMS (4 DRUMS PER PALLET, 500 LBS PER DRUM) MATERIAL MUST BE PALLETIZED. All offerors shall submit Certificate of Conformance IAW 52.246-15, Certificate of Analysis IAW Addendum to FAR 52.212-4, Material Safety Data Sheets IAW 52.223-3, and Hazardous Warning Label IAW 252.223-7001 and references IAW This procurement will be a 3 year IDIQ Firm Fixed Price. Delivery: Will be in accordance with each delivery order issued from award on the base contract. FOB Destination: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK 74501-9002.
