Cherry Road Development Request for Information

Winthrop University and the Winthrop University Real Estate Foundation have issued a Request for Information (RFI) under solicitation number WU-RFI-1 to gather market input for the redevelopment of the Cherry Road Lot. This approximately 15.27 acre property is located at a prominent campus-edge position along South Cherry Road in South Carolina.
