COUNTY OF AMADOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 26-08 Child and Family Team Meeting Facilitator The County of Amador is requesting proposals from qualified firms to work closely with Amador County Child Protective Services Social Workers to create Child and Family Teams (CFT) and to convene and to facilitate CFT meetings for children, youth, and families when children are placed in out of home placement. It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services related to RFP 26-08 in collaboration with the Amador County Department of Social Services. The County anticipates entering into a three (3) year contract with the successful firm. Funding for fiscal year 2026/27 is not to exceed $30,000. Budgets for succeeding years under the contract will be determined upon allocations received by the county and communicated annually. The County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon three (3) days written notice in the event that the receipt of funds from the State is reduced, suspended, or terminated for any reason. Qualified proposers may acquire an RFP package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday; or download from Public Purchase website at www.publicpurchase.com.
