Chilled Water System Upgrade At Alhambra Police Department

The City of Alhambra is soliciting bids for the chilled water system upgrade at the Alhambra Police Department located at 211 S. First Street, Alhambra, California. The project scope includes the installation of a fully integrated Building Automation System with direct digital control for energy management and equipment monitoring, as well as the provision of hydronic pumps and a new CH-1 chiller. The system is designed for 44 degrees Fahrenheit supply and 54 degrees Fahrenheit return chilled water temperatures. Work must be completed within a 120-calendar-day period, with specific milestones requiring equipment delivery 21 working days and installation readiness 10 working days prior to the completion date. Eligible contractors must hold Class B, C-10, and C-20 licenses and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
