Amendment 0001 - This amendment adds FAR 52.237-1 site visit and extends the offer due date to 06/26/2026 at 10:00am.


Site visit is being conducted on 06/23/2026 at 9:30am at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Contractors shall email the Contracting Officer (daniel.zielinski@va.gov) with their intention to attend no later than 06/19/2026 at 3:00pm EST.
