Provide preventive maintenance services for Chillers located at the Chancery Building and Benjamin Library (BFL) Located at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City. The Embassy in Mexico City requires the Contractor to maintain the equipment in a safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The chillers shall be clean and in good operating condition upon completion of the service. The preventive maintenance service shall result in the parts of the system serviced being in a condition to operate efficiently and effectively. Intended type of Contract is a firm-fixed price. The anticipated performance for a base year with four (4) years options to extend the services. The intended base period of performance is from February 2019 to January 2020. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on the FedBizOpps during the month of November of 2018.
