The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C151000 entitled, "CHP CLEAR LAKE AREA OFFICE - LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES." When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. California Law requires Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation; however, the DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation. Bidders who opt to utilize DVBE participation are eligible to receive DVBE incentive. For more information regarding this option, see section M of the IFB entitled "Preference and Incentive Programs." It is mandatory that you view job site before submitting a bid. A mandatory walk-through will be held on FRIDAY, JUNE 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the CHP Clear Lake Area Office located at 5700 Live Oak Drive, Kelseyville, CA 95451. A sign-in sheet will be provided at the walk-through. All prospective bidders must sign-in prior to the start of the walk-through. Late sign-in will not be accepted. Bidders that arrive after the walk-through has started will not be allowed to sign-in. No bid will be considered from a Contractor that did not sign-in at the mandatory walk-through.
