CIPP Culvert Rehab on Route 78

Caltrans District 11 is forecasting a culvert repair project on Route 78 in San Diego County, specifically spanning from 0.7 miles east of Deer Canyon Drive to Whispering Pines Drive within the cities of Ramona, Santa Ysabel, and Julian. The scope of work involves the repair of six culverts using Cured-in-Place-Pipe Liner technology. To execute this work, the contractor will utilize a vactor truck, a CCTV/Cure truck, and a service truck, all of which must be parked on the shoulder or median as close to the end treatments as possible. To minimize disturbance, any work performed adjacent to the culvert end treatments is strictly limited to personnel on foot using hand tools.
