CIPP Culvert Rehab on Route 78

Caltrans District 11 in San Diego is preparing to undertake a culvert rehabilitation project along Route 78 involving the installation of Cured-in-Place-Pipe liners to repair six existing culverts. The work will be performed using specialized equipment including a vactor truck, a CCTV and cure truck, and a service truck to facilitate inspections, liner placement, and curing processes. All work near the culvert end treatments will be conducted manually by personnel on foot using hand tools only to minimize disruption and protect surrounding infrastructure.
