Gilroy Damon Associates, Inc. 1343 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill, PA 19079 for the following;
1. Muckinipates Authority CIPP Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation
All documents and solicitation details can be obtained at no cost on PennBid™ at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. The bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to pay a fee to PennBid™. The names of those who have secured plans/specifications may be obtained at PennBid™.
The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to The Muckinipates Authority.
This project involves lining of 1,353 L.F. of 18-inch sewer, 2,264 L.F. of 24-inch sewer and appurtenant work.
Notice is hereby given to the requirements contained in this Bid Package particularly to the various insurance requirements, PA. Prevailing Wage Rates, and the requirements for a payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the bids, as they deem for the best interest of the Authority.
