Sealed bids will be received, publicly opened and considered by Yeadon Borough on October 6th, 2026 at 10:00 am at www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com for Myra Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement.
This project involves the rehabilitation of manholes, replacement of sanitary sewer pipe, and replacement of laterals in Myra Avenue between Laurel Road and Arbor Road.
Plans, specifications, information for bidders and forms for proposals may be obtained or examined at, all document and solicitation details are available online anytime at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.bonefirehub.com).
Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least Ten Percent (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions.
