Sealed bids will be received through PennBid by Chadds Ford Township Sewer Authority for Liquid Sludge Removal, Transport and Disposal, including Emergency Wastewater Hauling, until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 30th day of September, 2026.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in the amount of $10,000.00. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Questions may be asked through the PennBIDTM system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, September 24, 2026. This contract includes sludge removal, pumping, hauling, and disposal, as well as emergency wastewater hauling services. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
The Contractor may visit the site(s) to inspect existing conditions and facilities prior to submitting the bid.
