Solicitation SPRMM127QKA49, issued by NAVSUP Weapon System Support for the Department of Defense, seeks the manufacture and delivery of five Circuit Card Assemblies (NSN 5998-20-007-0323). The required items must conform to the design represented by Cage Code 1EG52, reference number ROF61205/4, and must be physically identified per MIL-STD-130. Award will be granted to the responsible offeror submitting the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer, with evaluations incorporating Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) data to assess item, price, and supplier risk. Due to the nature of the components, electrostatic discharge protection per ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 is required for sensitive items. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin. Administrative requirements include the mandatory use of the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for electronic invoicing and receiving reports, and CMMC Level 1 self-certification for cybersecurity. Additionally, the government prohibits the procurement of these assemblies if they are manufactured, assembled, or delivered from a Covered Nation.
