The purpose of this amendment is to do the following:
1. Update page Cover Page and page 34 to extend the due date of proposal from 08/31/2026 to 09/02/2026 by 5:00pm CT
2. Update pages 33 and 34 (Section L.5.3) and page 35 (Section M) to incorporate the revised past performance instructions. Attachment 003 provides the detailed changes.
3. Update Attachment 001 Pricing Matrix to add Base Year Pricing Column.
4. Post the SF30 Form to be signed and returned with Proposal
